As chef Jorge Ruíz explained to us, this creation was made with a peanut mold.

 

INGREDIENTS

 

40 peanut, peeled halves

100ml Magna Beer

20ml Water

0.2g Agar-Agar

8g Jelly Powder

 

The purpose is to play with the diner’s senses, the beer is gelatinized and filled with a natural peanut.
