Chocolate Canele by Francisco Carrasco Cortés

 

  • 500gr Milk
  • 1 Vanilla bean, split and scraped
  • 80gr Unsalted Butter
  • 120gr Dark Chocolate
  • 180gr Sugar
  • 85gr Flour
  • 8gr Cacao powder
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 Eggs yolk
  • 20gr Dark Rum

 

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients  ( sugar, flour, cacao powder and the vainilla )
  2. Mix and melt the butter and the chocolate.
  3. Mix the liquids all together ( whole egg, yolk egg and the dark rum )

 

Finally Mix all the three mix together, the liquids, the dry ingredients and the chocolate and butter.
