About me

Was born 1988 in Poland. His Cooking adventure started when he was only 17 years old starting in Restaurants and Hotels in his Country. He specializes in Mediterranean, Local cuisine and loves to work with Seafood. Rafal is an aspiring Chef and with his stubbornness, dedication, passion is surely aiming for higher jumps in the Top Chef’s World ! He uses Traditional Cuisine with Modern twist and loves implementing new cooking techniques.
His Dream is to own his own Restaurant where Guests will be indulged with an unforgettable adventure on a plate.
