Starting in my home town of Torquay, Devon England, Doing stints&nbsp;in the USA, Cruise ships back in to the UK and in Hong Kong since 2011. &nbsp;<br><br>I took over&nbsp;El Cerdo &nbsp;in the local area of Tsuen Wan in 2016, before opening our Wan Chai branch in 2017.

Over 10 years of international experience as a Chef / Executive Chef. Lawyer by education and cook by passion, I decided to give new direction my career and became a professional Chef in 2007. In addition to the Bachelor of Law Degree, I hold a degree of ‘Maestria di 1 Livello’ from Boscolo Etoile Academy in Italy. I am an expert in classic Italian kitchen with experience in creative Mediterranean, seafood as well as game & meat menus. I have a proven track record of driving turnover and customer satisfaction while optimizing food costs. I am a strong leader with experience in building, coaching and motivating high performing teams. In addition to my experience as a Chef I also have an extensive experience in master classes, consulting as well as opening new restaurants. Judge of Master Chef Junior Russia TV show, I see myself as truly international, open to new experiences and experiments. Native Italian, I am also fluent in English and Russian.
